Ed gave me the SHN files, and I performed speed correction
(DSOTM 104%, OOTD & CWTAE 94.5%, Echoes 97.5%, Childhood's 107%).
All tracks until Careful are from the same source,
that can be found on the Cochon Production release http://cochonproduction.free.fr/pages/paris_02_12_72.html).
Echoes is from the same concert, but from a 2nd source (different recorder than on Cochon CDs).
Childhood's End seems to be from a 3rd source.
