First I want to thank foughtpiranhas for uploading this show and I also want
to thank herbman75 who shared his vinyl copy of this show. I discovered this
show had SBEs using Trader's Little Helper. They were corrected on each disc,
A new ffp file was made for each disc, an SBE fixed text file was added for
each disc and this text file was updated.

30-40 copies were pressed, autographed by the band, and given away free to
some radio stations for promotions, as well as some fans who won a contest and were flown to Las Vegas for the concert.  It has never seen commercial
release in whole or in part, and is new to general circulation.
